The Platform may be updated, modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit access to any feature or tool at our sole discretion.

Output generated by demo tools — including receipts, invoices, tickets, and financial reports — may contain inaccuracies, placeholder data, or fictional values. These outputs should never be relied upon as factual, legal, or financial records.

Disclaimer: Cloud Shipment does NOT process real payments, real bookings, real shipments, or real financial transactions of any kind. No money is received, transferred, or managed through this Platform. No actual flights, hotels, courier services, or banking operations are executed.

Any figures, account numbers, tracking numbers, ticket codes, receipt numbers, or financial data displayed on this Platform are entirely fictitious and generated for demonstration purposes only. They have no monetary value and should not be used as proof of payment, travel, delivery, or any financial activity.

Using generated documents from this Platform to represent real transactions, deceive third parties, or commit fraud is a criminal offence under Nigerian law, and Cloud Shipment expressly disclaims all liability for such misuse.

12 Termination

Cloud Shipment reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of generated content.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 8, 9, and 14) shall remain in full force and effect.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, legal obligations, or operational practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
